I'm pleased to announce version 0.6 of Gear City has been completed!
Of major note we've finished reprogramming the Research and Development portion of the game and with that completed we're ready to start gathering art content.
By the end of the month we'll be releasing to the public a "Model and Animation Testing Tool". In other words a slimmed down version of the Car Designer for artist to test their models in. More details will come out on this when we release it.
In version 0.7 we plan on finishing the AI, redesigning the GUI, and adding in more data. Version 0.7 should complete our alpha phase which means the game will be feature complete. Mid-September is our tentative goal for completing version 0.7.
