Minor Bugs - Gearbox Design Speed / Sedans

1, When Re-Designing a gearbox that had the slider set to '0' for slow, it defaults to '100' for full speed.

2, In the 'Body Style Demands' it lists 'Sedan' and 'Full Sized Sedan' while in the vehicle builder

I believe this was fixed for 1.19.1, I'll double check though.

MrX_ua is in the middle of redesigning the blue print pictures. So that should be fixed when he's done.
