Further race entry restrictions

Hi,

some suggestions for additional race entering restrictions.

1. Add another parameter for aspiration restrictions, e.g. only allow N/A for a race. This could be used to simulate the varying regulations of F1.

2. Add another option for multiple vehicle types, so for example "Compact Car" and "Sedan", instead of just one or all types.

3. Add an option to restrict the entries to certain engine types (V8 Supercars should be running V8-engined vehicles)

I considered adding things like these when I was redesigning the racing system. As for now I won't be, but I could eventually add some of them.

Won't be anytime soon however.
