[TESTING]Competitors contracting your components ?

I've bought a second marque, and been through all of it's components (as well as my own).
None is listed for contracting, but somehow other competitors are able to contract parts from me.

I know contracting is fubar at the moment, so when you get around to contracting, please remove this hole as well
