[FIXED]Impossible to add forward light accessory (Car Design)

I have been able to insert all types of accessories, so far, but never the forward lights...

Is it a problem of date (1900 is too early): I don't think so

It seems totally impossible to adding them: when I click on the accessory, it doesn't appear on the editor window...
