Is it broken?

I made like a 7409$/unit 652.136$ sports car in 1906 (it's 1907 now) with lots and lots of power and almost anything possible maxed out but can't win a pot plant with it. :
Racing focus have been adjusted too.
And there are teams which show up in results but don't in the competition tab.
And... no... that's it

Edit: Maybe it's from one team using their famous E-S1 0hp Killer engine?!
