You mean the game freezes when you click on something like RnD Department for the first time?

Nope, the game freezes the first time when i try to run it. The black starter screen popup and a few secs later freeze. When i run it again, it boot up and run like charm.

Resolution: I think if you can the 1280x1024 rez is one of the most common used now. I use that too. All other resolutions just dont fit on screen or overlap its edges and texts looks really weird on my PC. Possible just my monitor is fail ( cant upgrade )
