[FIXED]Generating user reports (dead)

Generating my own reports in a current game I'm playing, no longer works. My first few were OK, but then afterwards I could create no more. Everything seems to work fine (I can specify the items I wish to include in the report, I can save it, I can find it's name), but after waiting a turn and then checking the report, I find it blank. In this particular game I had created and deleted a number of reports and I'm not sure if I've reached an upper limit of sorts?

The issue was with the racing report. This issue has been fixed for 1.10.

To fix the issues you have with reports delete the report that produces racing reports. The other reports will work properly afterwards.
