[FIXED]Duplicate entries after "Sell in Region"

I just noticed that when i had existing models on sale in a city, then used the "sell in region" button to start selling in other empty branches, i get two entries for the same vehicle.

Here is London for example, where i was already selling vehicles, with duplicate entries after pressing the "sell in region" button.

I believe it was duplicating entries for all "sell in" buttons.

I think I have fixed this issue, also a bug with the GUI where the name of the vehicle does not appear. And I possibly fixed a memory leak issue.
