[FIXED]Cant open Mega menu in a specific save

In one of the specific saves in my Gearcity game at the moment, i cant open the mega menu/abacus thing.

I have:
- Returned to the main menu, then reloaded the save
- Returned to the main menu, loaded another save and checked to see if i can open the mega menu there. It looks like i can. Then i return to the original save and i cant open the menu again.
- Closed and restarted the game a few times

I may have figured out the exact cause of this.

I was playing another game and for testing purposes i closed all my branches/factory at game start. (long story)

I then started an R&D project, and wanted to turn off automatic wage/hiring so i could micromanage the R&D projects cost.

When i tried to open the mega menu to do that, i had the same problem i listed in my original post.

This bug and a few other related ones have been fixed and are included in 1.12
