Not long after starting a new game I tried licensing a car. The game crashes instantly upon hitting Agree. Licensing an engine seems to work fine, though.
I'm able to reproduce the crash repeatedly by trying to license the same car. I've attached the logfile, savegame and a screenshot showing the car that I am attempting to license. I'm not sure if the error is specific to this particular vehicle or if it's a global issue with vehicle licensing.
