I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it seems a bit strange.
If you take a look at the fuel mileage on the 2 screenshort below, it's 0 on the first and 25 on the second. I have only moved the Fuel Economy sliders, but should it have such a dramatic effect ? 
Known bug, fuel is completely broke at this moment.
Thanks for the shots, i'll take a look at it when I get this far up the bug report list!

Fuel has been rewritten for 1.12. There are still a few tweaks I need to do (specifically with small motors) but the data should be more realistic now.
