This bug is somewhat hard to explain.
It also suspect it may not be easily fixable, like a lot of graphics problems.
Examine the two screenshots ive linked from a 1910 save
They are right next to/on top of what i believe is the point where the map is wrapped around. (so the flat map can be scrolled on like a globe/ the earth)
All ive done is move slightly to the left on the map towards NZ.
You can see a few errors:
1. The cities dont show up in NZ when you are close to the wrap around point
2. Moving just slightly to the left when you are on the right of the wrap around point gives you jerky map movement(it jumps you to the left.
3. Edit: a minor graphical glitch, the normal grid square at the point it wraps around is very large.
