Look at the attached Screenshot from the Racing Budget screen.
Just at a glance without any other information knowledge, can you tell if that projected budget is for a year or a month?
Im pretty sure i know the answer myself as ive had a lot of experience with the game, but thinking from a new players perspective, this would be far less obvious.
I think most screens that actually allow you to adjust budgets this way, should tell you if you are adjusting a monthly or yearly budget, even if that appears obvious.
Usually this is done through tooltips, but is plenty of room in this screen so there really isnt the kind of space constraints that make tooltips necessary.
