Not sure if it's been mentioned before but after setting a new transmission design to automatic, when you later go back to view it, it shows up only as a manual.

I noticed this too. It varies a bit. Can't remember where but it'll display as manual in some views but as auto in others.

This bug has already been fixed. It was an issue with the viewer. The data is saved fine in the game.
