Well, I was away for a very, very long time, because I simply can't afford the Early Acess, as my budget is VERY small.
Anyways, I took this long break but figured I'd try at least playing the old Open Beta 1.14 again.
So I'm wondering, to what extent can I mod it?
Is it possible to:
1.Change sales preferences so that making powerful cars is more viable?
2.Change values for parts such as the Engine and Gearbox?
3.Change textures, although I don't expect to be able to do it?
4.Add new types of Engines and Gearboxes?
Asking this because to be honest playing the base Open Beta 1.14 would be somewhat boring now that I've done it extensively, but I would LOVE to play it if it's modded enough
