Welcome everyone to Visual Entertainment and Technologies' Official Website!
Visual Entertainment and Technologies was founded in July 2010, in order to fill the need for high quality niche-market computer games. Unlike most other independent developers we have no interest in building the next World of Warcraft or the next mainstream FPS. Instead we focus on genres of yore, the forgotten genres that have been overlooked by the glitz and glam of major publishers and studios.
So why a forum as an official page? In my years of following PC games and game studios, I have found that the main page of any particular title is generally over looked in favor of their forums. Forums are a better source of current information, and the vast majority of followers bookmark forums thus skipping over the main page.
Knowing this we have set up these forums to be easy to use, easy to understand, and and easier to obtain information from compared to a traditional portal website.
Over the next few days we'll be launching official Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages. Which will be followed by the launch of Gear City's home page that will include a demo video for game developers.
So please stay tuned and stick around!
