1. Drag coefficient seems to be calculated strangely, as the taller the Woodly is, the less drag:





2. I get a crash if I select the Woodly as my base design model -> Return to Design Panel -> Click on Ratings (Only if this is the first thing you do when entering the designer. It seems to work fine if you mess around with other designs). Log attached.

I've fixed the issue with the aerodynamic drag on vehicles who have an open cover over their heads.

I could not find any information in the logs as to why you crashed however.

That being said, marking this thread as fixed. Changes will come with the 1.18 patch.
