Like the title says.
It's probably something really obvious that I've missed but on the attached save game I can't sell into the US from my factory in Japan no matter what I do.

Well I can confirm it is an issue. Increasing the distance in game to an amount not possible fixes it... I just have to figure out why...

Fixed, it will be included in the upcoming hotfix.
