Let's say you produced 2 pickup trucks to raise your market share in the United States. Why shouldn't you be able to add those 2 cars to civil or military contracts so that the contractor can choose between them. This would raise your chances to get the contract.
I often find myself stuck with a contract in which i can offer more than one car and have to choose which i think would fit best. And if it get's declined i think to myself - i'd had higher chances if i'd be able to offer all of the cars i could have offered.
Especially when you look at the variety of civil contracts this would turn out to be a great feature.
Don't know if it's possible though
