Description: This bounty removes the "Fuel" and "Power" versions of Turbo and replaces them with a boost slider for nearly all forced induction systems.
The boost slider will appear when an induction system like Turbo is selected, and the effects of the slider will apply to the various specs/ratings in the engine designer.

Concerns: Will have to dynamically add the slider to the engine designer windows when the player selects various turbo induction systems.
Eric's Opinion: This cleans up sub-component selection a lot by allowing us to remove a few options, and it gives the player more control over their turbo systems.
