Description: Since I initially made the gear system in 2010, gearboxes with more than 8 gears have become extremely common in consumer cars.
This bounty adds a few more gears to gear sub-component selections.

Concerns: This bounty will be a loss for me after we add artwork. I might need to rebalance some formulas with the number of gears since gear count directly affects many specs.
Eric's Opinion: Time keeps changing. I wrote most of the game with 2005 in mind, but by 2022, many of my thoughts are obsolete now. This bounty fixes one of my obsolete thinkings.
