Description: In GearCity Classic, we enable "Save On Exit" by default.
This bounty disables "Save On Exit" by default. It adds a popup window that asks if you want to save the game upon exiting.
The user will still be able to enable the save on exit setting systemwide.

Concerns: Some users hate popup windows, I mean to the point of sending me death threats... (The latter is not really a concern. I just love pointing out some of the absurd things I have run across in the 12 years of development.)
Eric's Opinion: I am not a fan of throwing up a "should we save" popup. That's why the game just automatically saves on exit. But that feature has frustrated some players over the years. Many of whom do not understand our save system. This bounty will remove some of that frustration.
