Description: The rendering engine requires a "Yes" or "No" string to declare fullscreen. Because of how I designed the settings framework in 2010, we can't translate full-screen toggles. This bounty converts the dropdowns to radio buttons so we can translate them.
We'll also go through the settings and verify there are no other untranslatable items.
