Description: This bounty will allow you to change the text color in the game. This bounty is extremely helpful for folks who are Red-Green color blind.

Concerns: Players will have to enter RGB values, which might be complex for some users. Although we should be able to show the colors on the screen as they enter the values.
Eric's Opinion: This bounty will be very helpful for people who are red-green colorblind. I will build the system on top of the hotkey customization system. I have discounted this bounty to help get it funded.
