Currently, we have Runabout covered under phaetons. This bounty would split those vehicle types from each other. What's the difference? Phaetons didn't have fixed weather protection but did have tops that you could put on and windshields. Runabouts had nothing whatsoever. In other words, a phaeton is a rich man's runabout, or a Runabout is a poor man's phaeton.
This bounty creates 15 Runabouts using the new Body Designer Mk 2 system.
