Greetings, everyone!
I'm thrilled to announce that the community has successfully financed Milestone #2 of the Feature Bounty System. One hundred and thirty dedicated contributors came together to achieve this milestone in nine months since the last milestone.
This milestone will focus purely on vehicle art-related bounties for our new vehicle body designer. You'll vote on adding a new vehicle type to the game or updating the artwork for an existing vehicle type. We will switch to programming-only bounties for the next milestone.
Now, we are entering the caucusing phase. This period is where you should team up with other contributors and sway your peers to vote for what you want to vote for. To all our valued contributors, please take a moment to review the available bounties and engage in discussions with your fellow contributors right here: https://www.ventdev.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=4455
The voting process will span over a two-week period, commencing on September 7th on our official forums. It's important to note that you must have a forum account to vote, and you must notify me of your forum and Patreon account name so I can manually link the two together. To cast your vote, having an active account is a requirement. If you're a contributor and haven't registered yet, please create an account and inform me of your account name through this link: https://www.ventdev.com/forums/member.ph...n=register
Like last time, I will not provide the exact closure of voting to prevent potential voting manipulation. However, the voting period will last at least two weeks. Additionally, we will continue to collect funds for Milestone #2 until September 7th. These contributions will go toward voting points. However, the allocated milestone budget will go toward Milestone #3. (Interested in contributing? Visit the FBS page here: https://www.ventdev.com/fbs)
Once again, I want to express my deep gratitude for your unwavering support. I eagerly anticipate delivering more exciting GearCity features and enhancing our existing ones in the near future.
