When trying to build a new factory, the buttons are messed up. "Build Factory" is not clickable. Resolution is 3840x2160 in case that's relevant.

Figured out Scale GUI was responsible. Had it set to +42% in the screenshot. Resetting to 0% allowed me to build a factory. I also found that I can pull the edge of the Factory Window to enlarge it. That makes "Build Factory" clickable even with scaled GUI.
Thanks, I should be able to fix that without code when I get into the office a little later. We'll see.
Just release 2.4.0.0 SP1 to fix this issue, you may have to restart Steam in order to download it.
