When making a new factory with a high enough Production Capacity the Peak Unit Production seems to wrap to a lower number.

The factory in Denver in this save goes from roughly 271115 to 2900. I wasn't able to create a screenshot of the wrapped around value because of a crash

Fixed, I also lowered the yearly increase in production amounts and lengthen the time it can grow. The changes will be in the next update.
