Just a quick one.
I've noticed with every new game I play that the initial branch that is established in the HQ city of my car company has a worker's moral issue. This occurs in games in which I've selected the hiring and payment settings to manual.
Hiring the initial 11 employees for the branch and setting their wage at or above the average does not change the moral figure that begins on 0. After a few turns, the workers strike. The problem doesn't exist with the factory and research workers. It also doesn't exist when a new branch is opened in a different city.
PS: I think the game so far is brilliant!
