Description: Some images in the game have English text. This bounty implements the ability to translate those buttons. I will release GIMP files to our wiki or translation system so that translators can edit the text in the image.
The game will pick which image to use based on the language selected.

Concerns: Some size constraints in the images might require translators to have some knowledge of GIMP.
Eric's Opinion: I need to knock a few heads around to get the base images for many of these buttons. Half of the time is implementing the code, so the game selects the right image. The other half of the time is me herding cats to get the source files.
