The FBS fund raising is currently paused until June. Sign ups will reopen then.
When you sign up, you get a welcoming message which has a link to the passcode to access GearCity: 2nd Gear. You also send me a message to link your forum account, which grants you access to the hidden FBS forums here, and the passcode is stickied at the top of those forum pages.
