If the community funds bounty #58 Individual Sub-component Skills/Research and #59 Sub-Component Rating Range, it will allow the torque limit to improve as your company becomes better at making gearboxes.

Eric's Opinion: This bounty should have been done when I added the limit, but I believe it wasn't because I didn't want to break mods or need to add additional stuff to the mod tools. It's time to correct that, so I have discounted this bounty.
