Description: This bounty would create a supplemental .xml file that contains localization data for maps. This file will allow translators to translate city and country names.
We will not embed this file in the translation program. It will require translators to translate the file separately.

Concerns: Stand-alone files get less attention from our translators. But worse comes to worst, this is something machine translation can handle.
Eric's Opinion: Most languages don't require many translations, but languages that use non-Latin characters will benefit from this bounty.
