Description: Much like bounty #59, this bounty would give a range of ratings for most equipment options. The rating values of the equipment options would increase as your research skills in the respective category increased.

Concerns: Depending on how many Equipment Options we have, this could add much more data to the game that would slow down turn times and bog players down in endless GUI and rating tables.
Eric's Opinion: Some companies will be better at creating heated seats, designing infotainment systems, having assisted brakes, or even making seat tables. This bounty gives us a greater way to show the differences between companies and the products they can design.
