Description: This bounty adds an Automatic vehicle design system to the auto tools. When enabled, the AI will periodically design components and vehicles for you to use. This system is similar to the Auto-production, Auto-sell, Auto-marketing, etc. systems in that the goal of this system is to allow you to play the game without having to design anything. The AI will do that for you.

Concerns: The AI will never produce designs as well as a human. The AI will likely not produce what the player wants.
Eric's Opinion: I have always wanted to avoid this bounty because I think it takes too much away from the game. But over the years, this has been a heavily requested feature. So here it is.
