Description: This bounty will prevent players from entering a racing series the same year they exited the series.
In effect, this is to prevent a minor exploit of resetting XP values of their teams mid-season.

Concerns: Ideally, we have a start-up and cooldown time when starting/ending involvement in a racing series. But we would need some improvements to the UI before I even decide to go that far down the rabbit hole.
Eric's Opinion: This bounty would fix a couple of possible exploits and user logic errors with the game. When you want to change a component, you need to use the edit button and not stop and restart a racing team. It's no big either way, but it's probably something we should fix before we enact multiplayer.
