Due to the amount of spam we've been getting, new forum users are now restricted to 1 post per day and they no longer have access to the PM system.
I will manually move new users to "vetted" status after your first post when I deem you're not a bot or a spammer.
I may eventually raise the amount of post for new user and switch to a hide until moderated system. But I will need to find a plugin, make sure it's up to date, and set it up. That's not happening today.
