I noticed that the Office Memos (in the main office display) "lights up" only... well, when it want to Smile

I think that memos different from profit/loss make it light quite always.
For profit/loss memos, it's a mistery how it works... sometimes it light up, sometimes not... confused

Fixed this bug. Fixes will be included in 1.09
