Why doesn't my mod work?

I have tried to mod the components file and after i did it the game will not let me play.

If i try to load older save file it just crashes and when i try creating a new one nothing happens Sad

is it a valid xml file?
Old saves will use the old data.

Upload it onto here and i'll take a look.

Also be sure to check the log files to see if it complains about anything.

the ' character normally breaks things, so becareful of that in xml.

Any place you have a single ' it needs to be '' (two single ' ) this is why it does not allow you to make a new game with the file.
