I've just noticed that when modifying a chassis, engine or gearbox, the expense is not charged. The rating of the component changes, but price is not subtracted from my funds on the same turn, nor between turns.

Got this fixed, I forgot to iterate the index id for the data base insert. It'll be included in 1.11
