Hi, I didn't want this to get lost in the other thread so I started another. The bottom line is the issue with components not being available when they should be isn't fixed.
I started a new game on easy in London just to test it. All I did is wait for the supercharger to be available. My report says that I should be able to use it in my designs but I can't. I reproduced this once via the method I mentioned above but I have attached a save anyway.
