Lock issue for sub-components is fixed. The issue with some designs needing to be made first was fixed in another ticket.
Note that every design goes up 0.01 every turn. This is just general knowledge growth, hence why your Wankel scores are up from the start.
Fixed a few more issues involving research working on this one.
