I was testing the new release (1.11 just to clarify), but unfortunately i immediately noticed what is probably a bug.
Edit: I ran into this when i was trying to make my vehicle as light as possible (as i usually do)

As you can see, with Material quality and Mnufacturing Reqs to max, you get a negative chassis weight.

I imagine the small vehicle size also contributes

The maxed out performance slider is clearly another factor.
