This bug has actually been around for as long as I've been playing the game but it only became an issue when I got I to the 60's and started selling 5 figure cars.
In many pop-ups where you type in a number to apply something ( ie, "sell everywhere" and "set car price") the cursor will often appear in a random location rather than at the first character like it should.
Again, probably a low priority as it only becomes an issue when your entering numbers close to the limit as it counts the empty spaces before your cursor against your character limit.
