Body design optional?

Hi,
This is my first entry.
I have bought the game a while ago and i liked it. This is the game that i really looking for years as a member of automotive industry from Turkey. But i really need some premade cars (with a upgrade option) to continue play the game. I'm interested in business side of the game more than designing a body. Will be there any improvements in near future?
