Typing up the v1.25 release notes. Here is what was was added into v1.25

-Gameplay: Added maximum unit orders for racing.
-Bugfix: Fixed missing help buttons throughout the game.
-GUI: Added Help Button for dealership subsidation.
-Bugfix: Fixed minor issue that could display factory production panel in Mega Menu when there is no factory, while the city was at war.
-GUI: Hid horizontal scroll bar on several lists.
-Bugfix: Fixed Help Button text not scrolling back to the top when selecting a different help button.
-Wiki: Documented all achievements requirements.
-Art: Added new logos to the game.
-GUI: Changed new game logo selection GUI.
-Bugfix: Fixed issues with dividend reports not matching payout.
-Bugfix: Fixed Factory Capacity percentages in the Factory Report.
-Bugfix: Fixed Stock tutorial launching when it shouldn't.
-Bugfix: Fixed IPO tutorial constantly pestering the user.
-Bugfix: Refixed Racing contract deadline date issues.
-Bugfix: Fixed sorting issues in the Stock Holdings report.




Here was v1.25 RC2 Hotfixes, that I didn't post in here:


v1.25 RC2 HF1:
-Bugfix: Fixed regression in Assisted Vehicle Designer which does not allow you to select engines or gearboxes.
-Bugfix: Fixed incorrect data in the Assisted Engine Designer's "Does Chassis Fit" system.
-Bugfix: Fixed Disable Technology Introduction years not affecting Gearbox Addons.
-Bugfix: Fixed share holdings table sort in the Stock Holdings report.



v1.25 RC2 HF2:

-Bugfix: Fixed issue causing auto-production to make all military contracts in hq country when hq country is at war. The game should now try to produce in peaceful countries as well.
-Bugfix: Fixed issue causing prototype vehicles to have incorrect data when using advanced component designer.
-Bugfix: Fixed possible issues when selecting components from lists while in RnD.
-Bugfix: Fixed crash when player returns to the main menu while tutorial audio is playing.
-Bugfix: Fixed missing text for Mega Menu tutorial.
-Bugfix: Fixed crash when disabling tutorials in the headquarters selection screen.
-Bugfix: Fixed tutorial highlights blinking on top of banking tutorial.
-Bugfix: Fixed issue causing tutorial audio to still play after leaving a location.
-Bugfix: Fixed issue causing main tutorial to break when players strays off course into the financial room.
