Well I just had an interesting game ruined by unrealistically bloated admin costs and finally a spike in 1910.
I lost 271 million in one month due to them..
I don't know how these costs are calculated, but they are completely unrealistic.. It doesn't even make sense how a company with monthly revenue of 20 million, and factory and distribution costs of 5.7 and 11.2 million could have created a labour cost of 271 million...
That would be like if I employed more than the (in game) population of Great Britain at the average labour rate for an entire month... its just madness.
This whole system should be removed until it can be fixed and reimplemented on a more reasonable level.. I don't see how admin costs could ever be more than 10% of gross revenue.. Even that is pushing it for a bunch of useless paper pushers in offices..
