Anyone know what program and such was used to make this? As a avid fan of this game and also a game developer myself I would like to know what program or game engine (If any) was used to make this.

vs2005, notepad++, photoshop or gimp, 3d studio max or blender (subcontractors), and a whole bunch of time.
