I think Munichs post WWII is way off too. I'm well into the 70's and they're easily the lowest per capita in Europe.
This might actually be historically accurate but it doesn't feel right.
1) Fixed two issues with this. It was part of Austria-Hungry before becoming Ukraine then Polish. I skipped the Ukraine part of history since they only held it for a few days. (Well the Western Republic of Ukraine did anyway.)
2) Fixed Munich: looks like you're correct. The interpolated growth rates are actually off by a lot. It was at 1.47% a year when the actual growth rate between 1950 and 1980 was 8.57%. Weird that it would have incorrect values though, because I wrote a special tool to generate all that data from the plot points I entered...
